Greece Yoga Retreat

Join us as we explore the enchanting island of Amorgos!

Take this time for yourself to release with daily yoga, revitalize with breathtaking views of the sea, and recharge as you discover the ancient history of this beautiful island!

We will be traveling to the beautiful island of Amorgos to the 5 Star Aegealis Hotel & Spa Resort.

A sample day will include:

  • morning Yoga Flow

  • breakfast buffet 7:30-10:30am

  • free time

  • afternoon Yoga Flow

  • dinner begins at 5:30pm

Classes will be all body inclusive and all levels welcome.

There will be time during the day to relax by the pool, get a treatment at the Lalon Indor Spa, walk to the beach, or take advantage of the many excursions around the island.

  • 7 nights accommodation in a Superior room with private balcony and sea view

  • Daily Yoga Classes

  • 5 Hour Bus Tour of the Island

*Tourist accommodation tax of 4Euros per room per night is not included and has to be paid separately by all guests during check out.

Single Rooms: $3850

Double Rooms: $2850 each

A deposit of $500 reserves your room.

The remainder must be paid in full by June 15th 2024.

Refunds:
Up until April 1, 2024 you can receive a refund minus the initial $500 and service fees.

After April 1, 2024 Half of your payment minus the initial $500 & service fees will be refundable.

After July 1, 2024 no refunds or credits can be given for any portion of the payments you have made.

With any refunds given, service fees will be deducted including from the $500 deposit.

MEET YOUR HOST - LIAT

I was introduced to Yoga in my youth, I learned about the power of Yoga through chanting and meditation. In my teenage years, I discovered an Asana (movement) practice that did not last.

Later on, my teenage daughter came to me and requested we do Yoga together. When your teenager asks to do something with you, you jump at the chance! We dove into a practice that started me down the path to teaching Yoga.

I believe every ‘body’ has a place in Yoga and you should get to show up ‘as you are’.

I am excited to share the magic that happens on a Yoga retreat! It is a time when you can step outside your normal day, relax, release, and make lifelong changes just by showing up.

Retreats offer a time of decompression, connection, exploration, and transformation. I am excited to have you join me on our next adventure!

IMPORTANT DETAILS

Traveling via ferry:

  • After flying into Athens you will need to take the ferry to Amorgos.

  • The cost to the ferry via shared taxi/transport from the airport will be about 40Euros. Since the conversion rate fluctuates there is no guarantee of this cost. The ferry cost as of right now is 42Euros.

  • You are welcome to take the bus or train at a lower cost to the ferry.

  • Our ferry ride is an average of 9 hours to Amorgos and up to 14 hours on the way back. There is a Cafe where we can eat, a place for our suitcases, and places to relax during the ride.

Our travel day will be long but well worth it once we arrive!

I recommend that you purchase trip insurance. Insurance can be purchased on your own or you can work with our travel agent Tiffany Cooper.
