Are you in a bigger body and looking for a yoga class that truly feels welcoming? Do you ever feel like the only one in a yoga class struggling to get into a pose?

Join me in this celebration of our big, beautiful bodies through yoga designed for every shape and size. I’ve been everywhere from a size 8 to a 24, and I know firsthand that traditional yoga cues don’t always work for curvier bodies.

In Big Booty Yoga, we’ll explore accessible yoga poses, gentle modifications, and body-positive movement that help you feel comfortable, confident, and supported. This is yoga for bigger bodies, yoga for beginners, yoga for plus-size folks, and anyone seeking an inclusive space to move, breathe, and connect.

CANDLELIGHT YIN

Yin Yoga – Gentle, Relaxing, and Beginner-Friendly

Yin Yoga is a slow and grounding practice that focuses on long-held, passive floor poses designed to deeply stretch and release tension in the body. By targeting the connective tissues, joints, fascia, and ligaments, Yin Yoga helps improve flexibility, mobility, and circulation. Each pose is held for up to five minutes (sometimes longer), allowing your body to soften and open gradually.

In this calming class, the soft glow of electric candles creates a relaxing atmosphere, helping you ease stress, quiet the mind, and prepare for the weekend.

This class is suitable for all levels and especially supportive for beginners, anyone seeking deep stretch yoga, or those looking for a gentle and restorative practice.

GENTLE YOGA

Gentle Yoga – Beginner-Friendly, Accessible, and Restorative

Gentle Yoga is a slower-paced, accessible yoga practice designed to energize and relax the body, quiet the mind, and calm the nervous system. Perfect for beginners and all levels, this class offers a supportive introduction to yoga while also providing depth for those refining their practice.

In this 60-minute gentle yoga class, you’ll experience stretching, strengthening, breathing exercises, and yoga poses that encourage better balance, improve bone density, increase flexibility, and support overall mobility. Gentle Yoga is also an excellent practice for stress relief, relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional well-being.

Yoga helps reduce anxiety, promote inner peace, and create a deeper mind-body connection—supporting your health and wellness, one pose at a time.

This class is beginner-friendly, inclusive, and suitable for all levels.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION & MOVEMENT

Mindfulness-Based Gentle Yoga & Stress Reduction

In this relaxing, slow-paced yoga and meditation practice, we integrate mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), somatic mindful movement, and gentle yoga. Together, we create space to connect with the breath, body, and mind—learning to embrace the present moment with greater awareness.

By intentionally slowing down, this class helps calm the nervous system, release stress and anxiety, and promote relaxation and healing. Through mindfulness meditation and restorative yoga-inspired movement, you’ll reset your body, quiet your mind, and cultivate balance, peace, and inner resilience.

This practice supports stress management, emotional regulation, mental clarity, and overall well-being. It is inclusive, beginner-friendly, and appropriate for all levels, honoring every body’s unique needs and abilities.

YOGA FLOW

Vinyasa Yoga – Breath, Flow, and Movement for All Levels

Our Vinyasa Yoga classes focus on linking breath with movement through a dynamic flow of standing, seated, and supine poses. This style of yoga builds strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness, offering a moving meditation that connects body and mind.

Modifications and the use of props are always available, making this an inclusive and beginner-friendly yoga practice. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced student, you’ll be encouraged to honor your body and explore the poses in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

This flow yoga class welcomes every body, every level, and every experience.

INTRODUCTION TO MAT PILATE-LEVEL 1

Pilates – Core Strength, Flexibility, and Low-Impact Fitness

In this Pilates class, you will learn foundational exercises and movement principles that strengthen, tone, and stretch the entire body. With a focus on breath, proper form, and efficient movement patterns, Pilates uses slow, controlled movements and repetition to build strength from the inside out.

Pilates is one of the best practices for core strengthening, improving posture, increasing balance and coordination, enhancing flexibility, and reducing stress.

This practice is safe, gentle, and low-impact, making it ideal for all ages, body types, and fitness levels—from beginners to experienced students.

MEN’S YOGA(OPEN TO ALL)

This Men’s Yoga class is designed with men and male-identified students in mind, offering a supportive and inclusive space to build strength, flexibility, mobility, and confidence on the mat.

Whether you’re new to yoga, cross-training for sports or fitness, or seeking yoga for stress relief and relaxation, this class provides approachable movement, guided breathwork, and a welcoming community.

Perfect for beginners and all levels, this is an accessible yoga practice for men, athletes, and anyone looking to improve balance, reduce tension, and increase overall well-being.

RESTORATIVE YOGA - RELAX, RESTORE, AND REBALANCE

Restorative Yoga is a slow-paced, gentle yoga practice designed to relieve stress, release tension, and promote deep relaxation. Using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each pose is held for several minutes to fully support the body and quiet the mind.

This practice helps improve flexibility, increase mindfulness, restore energy, and rebalance the nervous system. It’s perfect for anyone seeking a calming yoga practice, yoga for stress relief, or gentle yoga for beginners.

All levels are welcome, and this class provides a safe, supportive environment to slow down, breathe deeply, and restore both body and mind.

YOGA & PILATES FUSION

This all-levels class blends the mindful movement of yoga with the core-strengthening power of Pilates for a feel-good experience that builds strength, enhances mobility, and supports functional movement. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned practitioner, you’ll leave feeling balanced, energized, and stronger from the inside out.
