Breathwork with Liat

Breathwork is an active, conscious breathing practice designed to release emotional blockages, foster self-awareness, and facilitate healing by connecting the mind and body. It involves breathing deeply through the mouth in a specific pattern, often accompanied by music and verbal cues, to access subconscious patterns and promote a "spiritual experience" or "inner journey". Through this practice, the body naturally opens to more vitality, peace, and clarity.

During a session, Liat gently guides you through the breathing technique while holding safe, supportive space for your experience. Each journey is unique—some feel energized and uplifted, others deeply calm and grounded. No prior experience is needed, only a willingness to breathe and receive.

Liat is a Level 5 Certified Breathwork Healer trained under renowned teacher David Elliott. David Elliott’s breathwork method is a two-part active breathing practice that uses the breath to clear stagnant energy, release emotional blockages, and reconnect you with your truest self.
