SOUND BATHS
Let the sound carry you somewhere still.

A collection of immersive sound healing experiences — floating on water, beneath a planetarium sky, or inside one of the region's most resonant historic halls.

Each one designed to quiet the mind and reset the nervous system.

Sound healing works with vibration — crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and other therapeutic instruments — to guide your body out of "go" mode and into deep rest.

No experience is needed. Just come ready to lie down, let go, and listen.

About Sound Healing

Sound healing uses vibration — from crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments — to help guide the body out of "fight or flight" and into deep rest. As your nervous system settles, many people experience reduced stress and anxiety, better sleep, and a lasting sense of calm and clarity that carries well beyond the session.

What to Expect
You'll settle into a comfortable resting position — lying down, floating, or seated depending on the event — while waves of sound move through the space around you. There's nothing to do but receive; no experience with sound healing or meditation is necessary.

What to Bring
Most sessions ask that you bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye mask (or whatever helps you get comfortable lying down for an hour). Specific requirements vary by event, so check the details on each listing above.
